Privacy policy

Pre Order or Reserve ("the app") is a Shopify application that merchants install to manage pre-orders and inventory reservations.

Data we collect

• Shop domain and Shopify plan information
• Offline OAuth session tokens required to call the Admin API
• Pre-order and reserve records: customer ID, customer email, product ID, variant ID, type, deposit amount, Shopify order ID, and status

How we use data

Data is used only to authenticate the merchant, render the embedded admin UI, and operate pre-order / reserve features. We do not sell personal data. We do not use shop or customer data for advertising.

Sharing

Data is processed on our hosting provider to run the app. We do not share merchant or customer data with third-party advertisers. Shopify remains the source of truth for store and customer records.

Retention

Sessions are removed when the app is uninstalled. Remaining shop data is deleted when Shopify sends the shop/redact webhook, or sooner if the merchant uses the in-app deletion control. Customer-linked reservations are deleted when Shopify sends customers/redact.

Your rights

Merchants can request a copy of stored data or deletion from the app privacy page, by email, or through Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks. See data deletion.
